Guests will have unlimited access to a selection of breads, baked goods and pastries (delivered daily), condiments, cereals, eggs, hot dishes, dairy and deli products, fruit and vegetables, along with a range of gluten-free options. The special delegate rate is $30 per person, available via the registration form or by contacting Iceberg Events for existing bookings.

Pullman Melbourne on the Park features a state-of-the-art parking system with number plate recognition technology, eliminating the need for paper tickets.

Carpark Height is 2 meters. For higher vehicles, please contact the hotel on 03 9419 2000.


Parking options are listed below and are at your own expense. This carpark has 215 spaces and is strictly subject to availability.

  • The hotel’s secure under cover carpark is located near the main entrance of the hotel at 192 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne
  • Discounted self-park rate for symposium delegates and exhibitors - $35 per vehicle per day between 8.00am – 5.30pm
  • Evening parking rate is $35 per vehicle per day from 5.00pm-midnight
  • Any attendee who requires overnight parking, will be charges $40 per vehicle per night
  • Max height limit: 2.00m
  • Alternatively: Valet Parking at $69 per car per day


How to pay for self-parking to receive your discount:

  1. Enter the carpark using the Wellington Parade entrance. Upon entry, the system will automatically register your car’s license plate
  2. To get the discounted rate for parking, approach the concierge or reception desk and let them know which conference you are attending.
  3. Follow these steps:

STEP 1. Scan the QR code provided by the reception or concierge team

STEP 2. Enter your car’s license plate number and confirm

STEP 3. Complete payment through the online portal or pay at the exit gate located on Level B1
